The Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservatorship Act (Act 135) was enacted ten years ago. This session will examine the use and impact of conservatorship over the last decade, share success stories, and identify challenges to greater use of this powerful blight tool. Panelists will offer ideas on ways to improve the conservatorship process. Conservatorship basics will also be covered.
