Cross systems collaborations are working throughout the Commonwealth to address the housing needs of special needs populations. Three current models will be addressed: a collaboration that brings together aging, housing and behavioral health systems in Bedford County; a model that brings together the criminal justice, behavioral health, homeless, housing and human service systems in Union County, and a model that brings together children and youth, housing and human services in Delaware County.
Moderator & Speaker: Diana T. Myers, Senior Vice President, Diana T. Myers and Associates, Inc.
Speaker(s): Connie Brode, Executive Director, Huntingdon, Bedford Fulton Area Agency on Aging; Bruce Quigley, Executive Director, Housing Authority of Union County; Chris Seibert; Deputy Administrator, Adult & Family Services, Delaware County Office of Behavioral Health.
