This workshop will share the Customized Employment approach to assist homeless individuals with multiple barriers to employment, including a history of behavioral health and / or substance use challenges as well as incarceration, to seek and maintain meaningful work at a living wage. Lessons learned, engagement techniques and outcomes will be discussed.
