Affordable homeownership can be an effective tool for revitalizing communities. This workshop will present real-life examples of how financial institutions like Santander and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh are working with community organizations to develop and preserve homeownership opportunities as part of a comprehensive approach to revitalize neighborhoods. Presenters will describe the partnerships, strategies and funding sources they have employed in support of local community development objectives.
