Affinity Lunch: Transforming Economically Distressed Communities Through Opportunity Zones

With the passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act or 2017 (TCJA) late last year, those in the community development sector have been presented with a potentially powerful tool to help boost economically distressed communities nationwide. This workshop will introduce this new federal program through a discussion with representatives at the forefront in community development.

Moderator: Mike Kearney, President & CEO, Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc.
