As the percentage of aging and disabled Pennsylvanians grows, developing high-quality, cost-effective strategies to serve more eligible consumers in the community is absolutely critical. Managed care organizations are currently exploring multiple strategies from home modifications to case management to affordable housing investments that have been shown to improve health outcomes and reduce health care costs. Panelists will provide an overview of current plans to serve more people with housing in the community.
